Not Getting Sleep 😴 ðŸ’¤

If you are feeling stressed and worried due to the current world events, and especially if you are not sleeping very well, there is something you can do.

Your body and your sleep is totally governed by your subconscious mind, and your subconscious mind will precisely follow instructions from your thinking mind as long as you believe the thoughts.

The way to believe thoughts is by repetition, and so the following words will help you with your sleep provided you repeat the words regularly throughout your day:
“I sleep soundly every night and I wake up refreshed, rested, relaxed, and fully energized every morning.”

Repeat this sentence over and over again, multiple times in a day. And don’t talk about any lack of sleep or being tired, otherwise, you will cancel out the affirmation. In a short time you will have the sentence memorized, which allows you to repeat it 20 to 50 times a day…

…, depending on how much you need to improve your sleep. Your subconscious mind will do whatever you ask of it, so be sure to give it thoughts of what you want!
