Action Steps

1. Write down several things that you are grateful for. You must have a positive attitude and also think positively in order for your goals to manifest, and your list will serve as a helpful and encouraging reminder of all the good things you have going for you already.

2. Relax your mind, because this will help you to focus on your goal. At times when you feel overwhelmed in pursuit of your goals, take several deep breaths, until your breathing has slowed and your anxiety has quelled.

3. Next, decide what you want to bring into your life. What are some things you need or intensely desire? Make a list, write it down in detail, create a vision board…. the mind likes pictures. Remember, thoughts become things. When you can visualize and see what you want, it feels much more attainable.

4. Now, you have to feel it. Fake it until you make it! You must feel the feeling of already having what you want. This is the most important step to manifesting your goal. Believe it, live it, breathe it.
